About YOUTH PLUGIN

Innovative Youth Work

We provide innovative youth work for young people aged 6-25 years, responding to the issues that are affecting young people such as fear of crime and violence, not having a safe place to be, unemployment and lack of role models. We aim to give the young people a voice and respond in a way that they feel they are being heard. Young People have ownership of their youth projects and Youth Plug In offers activities that reflect their needs.

Creating environments where success is the norm, not the exception

Many young people have been misplaced and put in a position to fail. We work with them to imagine beyond their imagination. We want every young person we support to:
P- participate no matter where they are born.
L – lead and create other leaders.
U – use their talents to promote positive social change.
G- give back to their communities.
IN – innovatively be on the cutting edge.
