About Us

We are an innovative recruitment and training agency specialised in the supply of simplistic staffing solutions. We believe that jobs and education are the key to tackling issues, including unemployment, economical disadvantage, and inequality, which disproportionately impact Black and Minority Ethnic people.

Our dynamic and ethical organisation strives to provide a family-friendly environment for all our employees so that they can more easily balance family and work obligations.

Supporting Single Parents into Work

Our employability advisors provide employability support single parents and young mothers to become job ready through the provision of activities that focus on; active job searching, completing application forms, attending interviews and make informed decisions to secure and sustain suitable employment.

Helping longer term unemployed people into work

We work closely with other employment agencies, which liaise with Jobcentre Plus to help find employment opportunities, and help with them in terms of getting their documents together, like their CV, Right to Work information, and registering them on our system.

Supporting young people to find work or develop work related skills

Black and minority ethnic young people in the UK are particularly affected by youth unemployment.

There are at least one million young people in the UK currently unemployed, with Black and minority ethnic young people particularly affected. Young Black men, in particular, are around twice as likely to be unemployed as their white counterparts. We are dedicated to helping NEET (Not in Employment, Education, or Training) Black and minority ethnic people, particularly those aged 18-24, to find employment and reach their potential.
